Our Speaker Warranty : If you would like to make a warranty claim, please contact LaSpada Audio for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return shipping instructions. Proof of purchase is required in order to make a warranty claim. The claimant is responsible for any shipping charges incurred for RMA returns to LaSpada Audio. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Product, LaSpada Audio will determine if a failure or defect has occurred and will offer a solution that may include: repairing the original product, replacing the product with the identical item or exchanging the defective product for a product of equal or lesser value. LaSpada Audio will pay for the shipping charges of the repaired or replaced Product back to the claimant via USPS shipping.
